The premiere date and official trailer for the crime TV series “Sowt W Sora", titled "Raqam Siri" will make its long-awaited return for Season 2 this month.
Egyptian actress Yasmin Raeis has been tapped to play the lead role in the upcoming season.
Season 1 debuted in October 2023 after it was initially set to screen during the Ramadan 2024 drama marathon. The series boasted a cast that included the likes of Hanan Motawie, Naglaa Badr, Sedky Sakher, Amr Wahab, Mourad Makram, Nardine Farag, and others.
The 30-episode series was scripted by Mohamed Suleiman Abdel-Malik, directed by Mahmoud Abdel-Tawab Toba, and produced by Aroma Studios.
The follow-up features the return of original cast members Sedky Sakher, Amr Wahab, Nardine Farag, Ramy Al Tumbary, and Ahmed Shaheen as well as newcomers Ahmed Al Rafeay and Rania Mansour.
The drama sees scriptwriter Mohamed Suleiman Abdel-Malik and director Mahmoud Abdel-Tawab Toba returning for season two. It is produced by the "Watch It" VOD platform and Aroma Studios production company.
"Raqam Siri" is set to screen on Sunday, November 9 on the "DMC" TV Channel at 08:00 PM. It will also be available on the"Watch It" streaming platform 24 hours before its television debut.
