The mayor of Daegu city, in the southwest part of South Korea, has forced 2.5 million people of residents of the city to stay at home lest spreading of the Coronavirus.
The authorities announced on Thursday the first death caused by the deadly virus that broke out in China late in December.
Twenty-two new infections were recorded in South Korea today so the total number increased to 104 cases.
