On Thursday, the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed the peace agreement between  the UAE, Israel, describing it as step that will bring peace and stability to the Middle East.

In a tweet on his Twitter account, President Sisi, said: "I followed with interest and appreciation the joint statement between the United States, United Arab Emirates and Israel to halt the Israeli annexation of Palestinian lands and taking steps to bring peace in the Middle East". "I value the efforts of those in charge of the deal to achieve prosperity and stability for our region."

Israel and the UAE reached a historic peace deal on Thursday that will lead to a full normalization of diplomatic relations between the two Middle Eastern nations in an agreement that US President Donald Trump helped broker.

“HUGE breakthrough today! Historic Peace Agreement between our two GREAT friends, Israel and the United Arab Emirates!” Trump tweeted earlier today.

Israel and the UAE also said they will continue their efforts to “achieve a just, comprehensive and enduring resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.”
