Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi stressed on Sunday that the Palestinian Cause will always remain Egypt's top priority.
This came in a message handed over by Egypt's Intelligence Chief Abbas Kamel to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
Moreover, Sisi added that Egypt is keen on maintaining Palestinian people's capabilities, reiterating his support to Abbas and the Palestinian leadership.
Earlier Sunday, Kamel, leading an Egyptian security delegation, left Cairo for Israel and the Palestinian territories where he will discuss ways to firm up a ceasefire with Palestinian factions.
