President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said on Wednesday that 200,000 Sudanese have crossed the border into Egypt, during the past weeks, stressing that the conflict in Libya and Sudan has greatly affected Egypt.
President Sisi's remarks came during a joint press conference with his Angolan counterpart Tete Antonio.
During a joint press conference, Sisi called to restore security and peace across the African continent, commenting: "We have to work together to end conflicts."
"We send a message to our brothers in Sudan about the importance of a cease-fire, to prevent bloodshed, and start dialogue to improve life for our brothers in Sudan."
