Sisi Inaugurates New Maritime Stations in SCZone

​President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi attended, on Sunday, the inauguration of a number of new maritime stations within Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) at East Port Said Port.

​Sisi gave an address in which he stressed that the development achieved came through a joint effort, pointing to the promising opportunities Egypt enjoys thanks to its distinguished geographical location and the presence of the Suez Canal as a vital global shipping lane.

​Moreover, Sisi indicated that there were challenges in 2015 facing the implementation of the Suez Canal Economic Zone project, but willpower and diligent joint work enabled the state to achieve the desired goals. 

Furthermore, he affirmed the necessity of striving so that Egypt takes its natural place among nations, especially in the field of transport and logistics.

​Additionally, Sisi applauded the support of the Egyptian people and their resilience in confronting challenges, calling for continued effort and sacrifice to achieve further accomplishments for the benefit of current and future generations.
