President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed on Monday his Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanovic's first visit to Egypt.
In a joint press conference, Sisi stressed that this visit will contribute to upgrading ties to distinguished levels, praising the 'historic' and 'extended' relations between both countries.
Moreover, Sisi congratulated Milanovic on Croatia's recent accession to the Schengen and euro zones, as of January 1, 2023.
Earlier today, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received Croatian President Zoran Milanovic at the Ittihadiya Palace upon his arrival in Egypt.
