President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met Sunday with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly and Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation El Sayed Al Quseir and discussed the strategic plan for improving agricultural corpus and production.
The meeting was attended also by Engineer Mostafa Al-Sayyad, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation for Livestock, Fisheries, and Poultry Affairs, and Major General Mostafa Amin, Director-General of the National Service Projects Organization of the Armed Forces.
The Spokesman for the Presidency, Ambassador Bassam Rady, stated that the attendees tackled, during the meeting, the developments of the "national project to establish an integrated system of dairy collection centers nationwide," as well as the national project for veal.

In this context, Sisi was briefed on the executive position and the details of the project to establish 200 advanced milk collection centers nationwide according to the highest standards and the latest machines.
“The president urged concerned officials to quickly complete the establishment of these centers and spread them across the country due to the high-quality health and nutritional benefits they achieve,” said Rady.
The latest developments in the implementation of the national veal project were also reviewed.
“President Sisi requested concerned authorities to double the funding available for the veal project by an additional EGP 2 billion, due to the direct economic and social return of this project for the benefit of citizens,” the Spokesman added.
