President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi made a phone call to President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa, during which he congratulated the South African President on his victory in the elections and the start of his new presidential term.
He affirmed the continued cooperation between the two countries in the coming period, which President Ramaphosa appreciated, emphasizing the importance of strengthening relations between the two nations and moving forward in enhancing cooperation frameworks on various fronts.
The two presidents also confirmed the continuation of consultations between the two countries and their leaderships on issues of mutual interest, particularly the Palestinian issue and the current developments in the Gaza Strip, as well as topics concerning the African continent. This cooperation aims to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples and reflects the historic fraternal bonds that unite the peoples of the African continent.
