Sisi Attends Fresh Students' Training at War College

This morning, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi paid a visit to the War College, where he watched the exercises executed by the senior students as well as the fresh students from the batch (117), including sports activities; physical aptitude exercises and bicycles.

Spokesperson of presidency Bassam Rady said that the President was accompanied by Lieutenant General Mohamed Zaki, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, minister of Defense and Military Production, Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid, chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and a number of senior commanders of the Armed Forces.

The President also watched a number of various training activities, including a leap of confidence, ping, disassembly and installation of underwater weapons, which showed the extent of the students ’high fighting skill and reflected their self-confidence.

 

The President also inspected a number of developed training fields, various barriers, equestrian fields, and engagement rings, and watched a number of vehicle-pulling and rope-climbing activities that showed the boldness and high physical competence of the new students.

The President also met with a number of families and parents of the fresh students during their visit to their sons, and greeted them. The families received the president with cheers and applause, and the President extended greetings and appreciation to them for their efforts in raising children on patriotic principles and values.

The President also praised the high capabilities and competence he had touched during the visit, calling on students to continue this approach to maintain their fitness and their high physical and mental readiness, and to show high and noble military values, to be able to assume responsibility and safeguard the sanctities of the homeland.
