CAIRO, Jan. 30 (SEE)- Hair and skin experts confirmed the numerous benefits women can get just by using a cover made of silk or satin for their pillows while sleeping at night.

These smooth textures protect hair from being tangled besides keeping a moderate hair temperature during night.

In the same context, hair experts confirmed the effective way by which silk or satin preserve hair moisturized and shiny and prevent it from getting fluffy or broken while night movements.

Moreover, these textiles help in keeping hair streamlined and well-arranged after waking up, so that women can save much time in combing and fixing hair before going out.

"Regarding facial epidermis, fine-pillow covers don’t leave any marks over it unlike cotton ones, also they keep its fresh and moisturized look", stated several skin experts.

On the other hand, cotton-covered pillows absorb natural oils necessary for nourishing hair and epidermis, leaving them dry and exhausted besides causing wrinkles to appear in an early age.

So, cotton- based fabric suits only bed sheets, as experts asserted its importance in absorbing body’s sweat.

Experts finally confirmed that ladies could notice a big difference in their looks by stopping wrong habits and start sleeping frequently over above-mentioned soft fabrics.

Other general advises offered by hair and skin experts before going to sleep are; combing hair well to get rid of all tangles and performing a loose hair tie to avoid damaging hair follicles that causes hair loss.

Furthermore, they urged all women to pursue a daily healthy diet rich in healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, and salmon.
