Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will receive, on Monday, German Foreign Minister Anna-Lena Baerbock, at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.
The bilateral talks are scheduled to focus on ways to reach an immediate ceasefire agreement in Gaza, the entry of more humanitarian aid to displaced Palestinians, and ways to conclude a hostage exchange deal.
Shoukry received the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, today to hold a session of talks at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in the New Administrative Capital.
Later, they held a joint press conference.
