Shoukry, Bahraini Counterpart Discuss Cooperation

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry affirmed that there is special ties between the Egyptian and Bahraini peoples and leaderships, which allows them to deal with all matters with transparency and sincerity within the framework of serving the two countries and peoples.

The foreign minister added during a joint press conference with his Bahraini counterpart, "we discussed cooperation with Bahrain in many areas."

"the visits and fraternal discussions between President Sisi and the King of Bahrain confirmed the consensus of views, as well as the depth of the solid relations between the two countries and the quest to enhance their integration."

The Minister of Foreign Affairs pointed out to signing number of agreements in several fields. In addition, bilateral relations and ways to enhance them, especially in the economic aspect, were also discussed.
