Seven Palestinians suffered from suffocation and beatings on Tuesday during an Israeli raid on the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas in the occupied West Bank.
Nidal Odeh, director of ambulance and emergency services in Tubas, told the Palestinian news agency WAFA that ambulance crews treated six people for tear gas inhalation and one person for being beaten by Israeli soldiers. All cases were treated on site.
Israeli forces stormed Aqaba with several military vehicles and fired stun grenades and tear gas during the raid. They also raided Tubas city and fired stun grenades there before entering Aqaba.
