On Saturday, Saudi Arabia and Portugal discussed their bilateral relations as well as the most important international developments of mutual interest.
This took place during a meeting between Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Affairs Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir and Portuguese State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Nuno Seabra, in the Costa Rican capital, San José, on the sidelines of the high-level event on Action for the Oceans, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
In the same context, Al-Jubeir met with the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Envoy for the Ocean, Peter Thomson, where they discussed aspects of joint cooperation between the Kingdom and the United Nations in various fields, particularly those related to oceans and marine resources.
