Egyptian weightlifter Sara Samir has won three gold medals at the African Championships.
The tournament was held in Tunisia and runs until May 20.
Sarah lifted the champion 117 kg and won a gold medal in the snatch, she also won a gold medal in the klen and jerk in the 151 kg competition, and a gold medal in a total of 268 kg.
Egypt is participating in the African Weightlifting Championship with 11 players: Karim Kahla, Islam Abu Al-Wafa, Yasser Osama, Mahmoud Hosni, Mohamed Selim, Abdel Rahman Mohamed, Sara Samir, Nima Saeed, Samar Habashi, Fatima Sadek and Halima Abdel Azim.
189 players, men, and women, representing 22 countries, will participate in the tournament.
