The Egyptian King managed to reach the net of his opponents in five consecutive seasons during the opening matches of the "Reds", where he scored against Watford in the opening match of the 2017-2018 season, before repeating the matter against West Ham United in the following season, then against Norwich City in the season before last. Last season, he also managed to score against Leeds United, and now he did it again with a historic goal against Norwich.

It is noteworthy that Salah contributed to all three goals, as he assisted the first two for Diogo Gota and Roberto Firmino, in the 26' and 65', respectively, before concluding the treble himself.
