The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Ukrainian Parliament, Lyudmila Denisova, confirmed on Monday that Russian forces have killed 183 children in Ukraine since the start of the Russian military operations in the country on February 24.

“As of this morning, April 21, the confirmed number of children killed as a result of the large-scale Russian invasion has reached 183, and the number of injured children has increased to 342,” Denisova posted on 'Facebook'.

Moreover, she indicated that the data on losses is being clarified due to the complexity of the calculations and the high intensity of hostilities.

It is worth mentioning that the Russian-Ukrainian war has entered its second month as thousands of soldiers from both sides have been killed and millions have been displaced from the Ukrainian side since the start of Russian operations in Ukrainian territory on February 24.

Several countries have imposed significant economic sanctions on Moscow, while Russia has responded by imposing personal sanctions on a number of American and Canadian leaders.
