Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed that the West has given Ukraine and Kyiv regime the task of killing the largest number of Russians, stressing that they are using Ukraine 'as a tool.'

In press remarks, Zakharova said that Western countries are reluctant to answer Russia’s questions about their mercenaries in Ukraine.

She stressed that the West is doing its utmost to continue the conflict in Ukraine, as long as possible.

It is worth mentioning that, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz condemned, last week,  the “brutality” of Russia’s war against Ukraine, during his visit on Thursday to a suburb of Kyiv, which was devastated by the Russian attack.

Scholz described what happened as absurd violence, saying that innocent civilians were targeted and homes were destroyed, pointing out that an entire suburb that did not have any military structures was destroyed.

“This very much speaks about the brutality of the Russian attack, which aimed a destruction and conquest,” he said, highlighting that the destruction in Irpin is a “very important monument” that calls for something to be done.

He added that it is a horrific war, saying that Russia is making progress in it with the utmost brutality without regard for human life, and this is what must also end.

The German chancellor pledged international solidarity for Ukraine.
