Noting that it is important to build in a scientific way the comprehensive training bases, where snipers can personally experience the extreme combat conditions and adapt to them, in order to train all the snipers into excellent "hunters" with marksmanship of never missing targets, he said that various training methods and innovative education and training system should be established to meet the requirements of modern warfare, and set forth important tasks to this end.
