Qatari Prime Minister (PM) and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, met on Thursday with Dutch Prime Minister (PM) Dick Schoof and Foreign Minister (FM) David van Weel to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
They also reviewed the latest regional developments, particularly in Gaza Strip and the other occupied Palestinian territories.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
Fir his part, Qatari PM stressed the importance of intensifying regional and international efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region through dialogue and peaceful means.
