Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani discussed developments in the region with a delegation of US Congress members in Doha on Wednesday.
The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement reported by the Qatar News Agency (QNA) that the two sides reviewed the close strategic relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them. They also discussed developments in the region, particularly in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. Meanwhile, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman, in another meeting today, discussed the close strategic relations with US Secretary of Energy.
