Qamar el-din, dried apricot paste, is just a tasty traditional drink that is mainly prepared during Ramadan.
This cool juice is very important after a long day of fasting; it contains many necessary nutrients and helps in digesting food. Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients
200 gm qamar el-din paste
2 cups water.
3 tbsp sugar.
½ tsp rose water.

Recipe
Cut the dried apricot paste in to small pieces using a scissor, then add them in a pot with water, sugar and set over medium heat.
After boiling, stir the mixture well tell you get a coherent liquid, then Let the mixture cool.
Strain the juice well and chill. As a final step before serving, just add rose water and give it a final stir.
