On Tuesday, protesters set fire to the Embassy of France in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
France's Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot condemned the attack against the French embassy in DR Congo's capital Kinshasa.
Barrot added that the attack caused a fire and was now under control, highlighting that the embassies of Rwanda, France, Belgium, and the US were all targeted.
Congo's Communications Minister Patrick Muyaya urged protesters to stop these attacks.
He added: "We have every right... to express our anger, but let's do it peacefully. Let's not attack the consular infrastructures of countries accredited in Congo."
