US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo revealed Saturday that there are Arab countries that will join the peace agreements with Israel. He indicated that Washington will continue its efforts for peace in the region.

In an interview with Al Arabiya, Pompeo confirmed that the American policy towards Israel will continue in the coming weeks.

Pompeo said that the US will cooperate with Israel in the same direction that it has maintained throughout President Donald Trump’s rule.

The Jerusalem Post newspaper considered that Pompeo’s statements bear a hint of further measures that the American administration will announce during the coming weeks regarding Israel.

Days earlier, he announced that the products Produced by Israel in its illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank, and exported to the United States will be classified as “Made in Israel” products.
