Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly instructed officials to complete all remaining works at the Fustat Gardens project at the highest quality standards ahead of its opening and start of operations.

The directive came during a meeting held at the government headquarters in the New Administrative Capital to review the status of the remaining works at Fustat Gardens, as well as the executive position of the new urban community west of Dabaa. The meeting reviewed progress on architectural and construction works, pedestrian paths, parking areas, and utility networks, including water, sanitation, irrigation, electrical, mechanical, and fire-fighting systems.

Government spokesman Mohamed El-Homsany said works in the Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque square and the cultural zone, which includes six restaurants and the Egyptian-Cairene Club, have been completed, with overall project completion reaching about 95 percent. The prime minister stressed the need to finalize the remaining works promptly and in line with approved specifications.

The meeting also reviewed progress at the new urban community west of Dabaa, including infrastructure works, road preparation and paving, and the installation of water, sanitation, and electricity networks. Updates were also provided on service buildings, including a school, a health unit, and a commercial market, with officials confirming that implementation rates are progressing well.
