Prime Minister (PM) Mostafa Madbouly left Cairo on Sunday, heading to Saudi capital, Riyadh.
PM is accompanied by Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, and Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade.
The official spokesperson for PM's Office, Counselor Mohamed Al-Homsany, stated that the visit comes as part of the mutual commitment of Egypt and Saudi Arabia to strengthen their joint cooperation and discuss regional issues, and reflect the strong and strategic ties between Cairo and Riyadh.
Al-Homsany explained that the visit aims to explore opportunities for joint cooperation with senior Saudi officials, as well as to discuss prospects for mutual investment.
