Ingredients:
1 cup of yogurt
1 egg
2 cups of flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
A quarter of a small spoonful of salt
Oil for frying
Directions:
Mix the yogurt with the egg well, and then gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
The dough will be very soft but not sticky in the hands. Divide it into small balls as desired.
Place dough about a 1/2 centimeter thickness of dough on a lightly floured counter then frie fries s in hot oil.
It is necessary to put hot oil on the dough surface and the frying pan to avoid it becoming dry as the dough does not take time to make.
This would result in soft and fragile dough similar to the puri bread, however, it is not deep-fried in oil and is very light.
