Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met today, Friday, with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in the Jordanian capital, Amman, during the latter’s visit to the region, which included, Jordan, Egypt, the Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will meet with Jordanian King Abdullah II in Amman, AFP reported.
The Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Hussein Al-Sheikh, also said that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will meet today in the Jordanian capital, Amman, with Jordanian King Abdullah II, as part of the effort exerted around the clock by the Palestinian leadership to stop this destructive “war.”
Al-Sheikh added, in a press statement issued by his office, that Palestinian President Abu Mazen will also meet, Friday, in Amman, with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
