The head of the Palestinian Committee for Gaza Administration has called on all parties to adhere strictly to the ongoing ceasefire, emphasizing the urgent need to protect civilian lives.
In a statement, he stressed the importance of responsibility and full respect for the safety of non-combatants in the conflict zone. “It is essential for all sides to uphold their obligations and ensure that civilians are not harmed,” he said.
Meanwhile, the senior representative in Gaza expressed deep concern over the reported deaths of civilians in recent Israeli airstrikes, highlighting the fragility of the current ceasefire and the humanitarian toll of continued hostilities.
The remarks come amid ongoing tensions in the region, with international observers warning that the situation remains highly volatile and that renewed clashes could escalate quickly if ceasefire commitments are not strictly observed.
