Palestinian ambassador to Russia, Abdel Hafiz Nofal, stressed the need for the international community to take a decisive stance to push for a ceasefire in a serious attempt to deliver food aid to the Gaza Strip.
In a press statement, Nofal criticized the international silence regarding the Israeli war that has been ongoing for more than 5 months on Gaza, pointing to the worsening suffering that the Palestinian people are experiencing as a result of the war on the Strip.
He expressed his deep thanks for the Arab and Islamic efforts made in support of the Palestinian cause, at the same time holding the United States responsible for the situation in Gaza.
