Tomorrow's achievements are today's ideas and were yesterday's ambitions. This is what the National Training Academy (NTA) is caring about, led by Dr. Rascha Ragheb.

The NTA is an independent institution, bringing together future leaders from Egypt and the region, to enhance and develop principled, innovative qualified human capital in service of country and society, to lead the development process, build impact and create a better future, according to the official website of the Academy.

The NTA an incubator and a catalyst for Human Development, by empowering through enhancing scientific knowledge, professional skills, and personal development, and providing comprehensive, creative and innovative solutions.

The NTA is a platform for several initiatives that have stemmed out of Egypt’s focus to create a promising youth base qualified to carry the leadership torch within all areas and possess profound awareness and comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the homeland and the African continent.

Ragheb, the NTA's Executive Director, said "We believe that human capital is the most abundant wealth of countries, that human beings are the most precious possessions of all, and that the renaissance of nations and civilizations can only be built with the efforts and minds of its people."

The NTA is capable of producing a statesman of a unique style as Egypt deserves, as befits the new republic.

The Academy is also Egypt’s national project to build the human being, the destination of change and creativity, and to provide multidisciplinary knowledge and innovative solutions according to the highest international standards.

Approximately 28 thousand trainees from Egypt and Africa have received training at the Academy.

"You believed in the youth, present and future, and hope for our nation in August 2017, in a message that confirms to Egypt and the whole world that there is a real political will to invest in our most precious wealth, which is the human revolution in which young people represent half of its number," Ragheb told President Abdel Fattah El Sisi during her speech on Thursday, January 13, 2022.

On 25 April 2017, a group of young Egyptians presented an initiative at the National Youth Conference in Ismailia to engage in dialogue with youth around the world.

On 24 July 2017, President Sisi officially responded at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina during the National Youth Conference in Alexandria, launching the First World Youth Forum (WYF), which was held in Sharm El-Sheikh in November 2017.

Since then, it has become a chance for youth to engage with top policymakers, network with promising youth from the region and the world that are determined to make our world a better place for everyone.

”Egypt’s Youth is its hope… With their Enthusiasm and knowledge, Egypt’s future will be built… And with their dedication, Egypt will prevail," said Sisi.

The World Youth Forum is attended by a wide range of participants, including and not limited to heads of states and government, international young leaders, inspiring youth in various fields, prominent international figures and youth groups from around the world.

The World Youth Forum opens discussion into three tracks: Peace, Development and Creativity, under which different themes and topics of interest to international youth are discussed, creating a platform to express views, present ideas, and share experiences throughout its sessions.

Youth, interested in the WYF and its goals, should be grateful to the forum's men working in the shadow without shedding the light on them.

The 'Men of the Shadow', as we call them in Egypt, are those persons who exert their sincere efforts to make the homeland better without paying any attention to their personal earnings.

Leaders differ from bosses as they only care about outcomes and the teamwork spirit is leading the ship.

Ragheb has achieved enormous achievements. She has become an influential iron woman that Egyptians are proud of.

The President's trust in the youth is an unprecedented issue in Egypt's modern history; a few steps ahead of turning a new loaf, the New Republic.

Our sincere thanks to the NTA, Ragheb, Men of the Shadow and President Sisi. Stay tuned for the WYF2022.
