Tunisia: Officer Injured during Police Patrol Attack

A police officer was injured recently during an attack targeting one of the police patrols in Jebel Jelloud, Tunisia.

According to “Mosaïque FM”, the Tunisia national security forces succeeded in arresting three of the attackers yesterday Wednesday, November 25th.

“Mosaïque FM” added that the stones attack led to the breaking of the car’s glass and caused serious physical injuries to the officer who was taken to the hospital for surgery.

The three arrested attackers are currently in custody pending the investigations and according to several sources, the attackers whose ages are between 18 and 19 years old confessed to the patrol’s stone attack.

It is worth mention that a number of protestors recently broke into the Tunisian financial holding headquarters before robbing and vandalizing the building. Also, there is some news about break in attempts in private stores.
