The Netherlands and Turkey are set to clash at 10 PM tonight, Saturday, at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, in the quarter-finals of the UEFA European Championship "Euro 2024."

Historically, the Dutch national team has held the upper hand over Turkey in their previous encounters. Out of 14 matches across various competitions, the Netherlands has emerged victorious in six games, while Turkey has won four times, and four matches have ended in a draw.

In these matches, the Netherlands has scored a total of 21 goals compared to Turkey's 14. Their most recent encounter in September 2021 saw the Dutch team securing a dominant 6-1 victory during the World Cup 2022 qualifiers.

The Netherlands advanced to the Round of 16 as one of the best third-placed teams from Group C, following a decisive 3-0 victory over Romania, the Group A leaders. As the 1988 champions, the Dutch team aims to secure a spot in the semi-finals by defeating Turkey, where they will face the winner of the England vs. Switzerland match.
