The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said, on Monday, that the United States had delivered missiles to ISIS, a Syrian-Iraqi terrorist group, with warheads filled with toxic materials and that Washington and London had formed an intelligence committee to manage ISIS's activities in Syria.
A Russian intelligence report stated that "ISIS terrorists, who were handed over by the Americans with missiles with warheads full of toxic materials, are located near the US military base at Al-Tanf in Syria, and that the base has become a real gang nest.
The Russian reports revealed that a joint US-British intelligence committee had been established recently.
It aims to manage the activities of ISIS in southern Syria and within the city of Damascus," explaining that "the new committee is headed by Deputy Commander of the US Central Command, James Milloy."
The report concluded that "US President Joe Biden's team is doing its best to obstruct the normalization of Arab-Syrian relations by discrediting the Syrian leadership and preparing for provocations using chemical weapons."
