Zamalek's former chairman Mortada Mansour blasted on Sunday the White Knights' interim committee once again.
Days ago, the interim committee headed by consular Ahmed Bakry revealed the financial status of the club as it confirmed that the club must pay EGP 1.5 billion to the Government Agencies.
In a video aired on Mansour's official YouTube channel, the former Zamalek's president denounced what the committee announced saying, that a member of the finance committee in the sports ministry told him that the committee did find out any financial irregularities in the club.
He also described the numbers, revealed by the White Knights' committee, as "fake" numbers.
"The committee said that I failed to collect rents worth 900 million pounds. These stores had paid a thousand pounds a year, and I made them 700,000 pounds. I restored about 86 shops and terminated contracts with them," the former president added.
"The sponsoring company must pay EGP 111 million since June to Zamalek. Why have you failed to collect this money."
It is worth mentioning that Egypt's Sports and Youth ministry suspended Zamalek's board of directors due to financial irregularities.
