Moderately Warm Weather Prevails across Egypt on Thursday, Cairo 20°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather will prevail across the country during Thursday’s daylight hours.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai.

Winds occasionally occur across the country.

There is a chance of rainfall prevailing in Egypt, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves ranging between 2 and 3.5 meters, varying between northwest and southwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in Marsa Matruh, El Alamein, Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Dakahlia, Damietta, Port Said, and Al Arish, with winds averaging 40 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2:3.5 meters.

Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 25°C in Qena, and 26°C in Aswan.
