The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather will prevail across the country during Monday's daylight hours.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai, limiting horizontal visibility in the North Coast and Lower Egypt.

Winds occasionally occur across the country.

There is light rainfall prevailing intermittently in the North Coast, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the Red Sea mountain trail.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters, varying between northeast and southeast surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1.25 and 2 meters, varying between northeast and northwest surface winds.

Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.

Meteorologists warn that frost may form on crops in parts of the North Upper Egypt, Central Sinai, and the Western Desert.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 19°C in Cairo, 19°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 25°C in Qena, and 26°C in Aswan.
