The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm weather will prevail across the country during Friday's daylight hours.
The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai, limiting horizontal visibility in some parts across Egypt.
Winds occasionally occur across the country.
There is a 20% chance of light rainfall prevailing intermittently in Cairo, South Lower Egypt, and Canal Cities.
Light to moderate rain is also forecast to hit the Northwest Coast and Northern Lower Egypt, at an intermediate period.
Moderate to heavy rain is expected occasional drizzle in the Northeastern Coast and North Sinai.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves ranging between 2 and 3 meters, varying between southwest and northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to turbulent, ranging between 2 and 3 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Dakahlia, Damietta, Port Said, Al Arish, and Rafah, with winds averaging 40 to 50 km/h and waves ranging between 2:3 meters.
Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 19°C in Cairo, 18°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 21°C in Sohag, 24°C in Qena, and 26°C in Aswan.
