The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, during daylight hours on Friday.
Hot weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and North Upper Egypt, while the South Upper Egypt country experiences extremely hot weather.
There is a 30% chance of light rainfall prevailing North Coast and North of Lower Egypt.
Winds will occur occasionally in Cairo, North Coast, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the South of the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with southwest surface winds.
Moreover, moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.
Moderate weather is set to hit South Sinai and south of the country.
There is a 30% chance of light rain hitting Cairo, South Lower Egypt, and Canal Cities.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 29°C in Cairo, 23°C in Alexandria, 24°C in Marsa Matruh, 33°C in Sohag, 38°C in Qena, and 39°C in Aswan.
