The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt during Monday's daylight hours.
Moderate weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
Wind will be active occasionally across the country.
Light to moderate rainfall will prevail intermittently in the Northwest Coast and North Lower Egypt.
It is also predicted that maritime navigation will be disrupted in Alexandria, Marsa Matruh, and Beheira, with winds averaging 40 to 50 km/h and waves ranging between 2 to 3 meters.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent, ranging between 2 and 3 meters in height varying between westerly to Southwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime. Frost is expected in some North Upper Egypt, Central Sinai, and Western Sahara regions.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 21°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 24°C in Qena, and 24°C in Aswan.
