The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather during Thursday’s daylight hours in most parts of the country.
Moderate weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Light to moderate rainfall will prevail intermittently in the North Coast, Lower Egypt, and Central Sinai.
Wind will be active occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to turbulent, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 21°C in Cairo, 22°C in Alexandria, 21°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 23°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
