The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather will prevail in most parts of the country during Wednesday's daylight hours.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

Winds occasionally occur across the country, making the weather feel considerably chillier.

There is a chance of light rainfall prevailing intermittently in Cairo, North Upper Egypt, Northwest Coast, and the Red Sea governorate.

Light to moderate rain is also forecast to hit Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, and the Gulf of Suez.

Moderate to heavy rain is expected in the Northeastern Coast, Sinai, and North Lower Egypt.

Furthermore, maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the Mediterranean Sea with winds averaging 30 to 50 km/h and waves ranging between 2:3 meters.

Maritime navigation will be disrupted in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Suez, and the Gulf of Aqaba with winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5:3.5 meters.

Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming moderately cold towards the end and fall-like in the early morning.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 21°C in Alexandria, 20°C in Marsa Matruh, 22°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
