The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather during Thursday's daylight hours in most parts of the country. Moderately hot weather is also predicted to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Canal Cities, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt.
Wind will be active occasionally across the region.
Medium rainfall is also predicted to prevail intermittently in Marsa Matruh and light rain is to hit the Northwest Coast and north of Lower Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 27°C in Cairo, 26°C in Alexandria, 22°C in Marsa Matruh, 29°C in Sohag, 31°C in Qena, and 30°C in Aswan.
