Mobile phone services have been cut in Iran after Israeli attack, according to a report from the Associated Press, cited by The Guardian.
Earlier Saturday, Iran’s Fars News Agency reported hearing three explosions in central Tehran, accompanied by heavy plumes of smoke. Initial reports indicated that several missiles struck Daneshgah Street and the Jomhouri area in the heart of the capital.
Explosions were also reportedly heard in northern and eastern parts of Tehran, as regional tensions escalated sharply following the Israeli operation.
