Forbes have released their list for the highest-paid football players in the world for 2020 - and it came with no big surprise, as 6-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo topped this year’s ranking once again.
PSG duo Neymar and Kylian Mbappe came in at third and fourth.

"To compile our list, we spoke with clubs, players' agents, commercial sponsors and soccer experts in the U.S. and Europe. All figures are converted to U.S. dollars and include soccer salaries for the 2020-21 season, bonuses and endorsements. Transfer fees are excluded.
