The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts mild weather to prevail in most parts of the country during Thursday’s daylight hours.
Hot weather is also expected to hit the South Upper Egypt.
Light rainfall is also predicted to prevail intermittently in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and Central Sinai.
Meteorologists also predict that the country will experience a temperature decline.
Furthermore, maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez with winds averaging 50 to 70 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5:4 meters.
The Red Sea will also experience a disruption of maritime navigation with wind speed reaching 50 to 60 km/hr and wave height ranging from 2.5 to 3 meters.
Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 23°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 17°C in Marsa Matruh, 25°C in Sohag, 29°C in Qena, and 32°C in Aswan.
