European Council President Charles Michel announced that the European Union (EU) has provided Ukraine with more than 130 billion euros in aid since February 24, 2022.
He told the Rada TV channel: "We have provided 82 or 83 billion euros to support Ukraine. The additional package of total financial assistance also included another 50 billion euros."
He added that the European Union will continue to provide financial support to Ukraine on a regular basis.
It is worth mentioning that, Michel had previously stated that the EU member states approved a long-term program to help Ukraine worth 50 billion euros, extending until the end of 2027.
The European Commission pledged to provide 33 billion euros of it to the Kyiv regime as credit loans, and 17 billion euros "in the form of grants," which is a gift.
