Massive Demonstrations in Front of Israel's Embassy in Washington In Solidarity with Gaza

Yesterday, Friday, the American capital, Washington, witnessed a massive demonstration in front of and in the vicinity of the Israeli embassy, denouncing Israeli crimes and in support of Gaza and Palestine.

The demonstrators' shouts rose in response to the embassy's attempt to silence the chants by broadcasting the Israeli anthem.

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby confirmed that the United States will support Israel militarily when it decides to resume its attack on the Gaza Strip.

Kirby noted that as they make this decision, Israel will continue to have support from the United States in terms of capabilities and weapons systems they need as well as the advice and perspectives we can provide regarding urban warfare.
