The accelerating international changes have cast a shadow on all economic, political, cultural, and social world aspects after spreading Coronavirus.

The international statistics from the World Health Organization showed that the number of people who have contracted this fatal virus touched two million people globally. This is a major transformation in human lives, as well as for world policymakers.

The most important transformations are the legal legislations on the basis that the emergency state is declared whenever security or public order in the state’s lands is endangered, whether due to war, or occurrence of public disasters, or a pandemic.

Therefore, it is important and necessary to deal with these cases, indicating that the emergency law is constitutional to protect the state and citizens.

Presidents have the right to expand their powers stipulated in the constitution for many countries of the world, provided that this is announced to the National Assembly, Parliament, or Legislative Council according to international designations.

This scenario is very important at that time the virus’s transmission is at its peak and it's risk to public health, and demands for continuous sterilization. For example, Britain passed a series of legislation in the Commons British House. They included:

*Public health and immigration officials have the authority to implement public health standards, including returning people to the places where they are required to stay.

*The government has the right to order the burning of dead bodies instead of burying them, as well as the right to transfer and dispose of bodies in ways it deems appropriate.

*With regard to mental health, according to the draft law, it became possible to deposit a person in a mental or psychological clinic according to the opinion of one doctor, instead of two doctors as followed in accordance with the Mental Health Law of 1983.

*Food producers must be obliged to inform the official authorities of their stockpile, whether it is about to run out.

*That there be no more than 30 pupils per class, which is the current maximum limit, in the event of a teachers shortage due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Also, the Coronavirus necessitates the introduction of amendments in the Criminal Procedure Law, as the pandemic crisis resulted in the necessity of directing the legislator towards adopting a set of legislative amendments to the Criminal Procedure Law to suit the current circumstances.

It is also very essential to emphasize the importance of the existence of such rules to allow direct Judicial procedures rather than suspended.

The logic of crisis management affirms the continuity of the service and the public facility operation without disruption, with an amendment of the means and mechanisms of service delivery, taking into account the exceptional circumstances resulting from the crisis situation.
